Please do not use a PO Box address. We use Fed Ex and all items will need to be shipped to a physical address.

 

Please verify the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the shipper cannot deliver the product to you due to their policies or issues with your location this is the customers responsibility, not that of Hive & Home.

 

If the item is marked delivered please file a claim with the shipper. Hive & Home is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items in shipping. The customer is purchasing shipping from the carrier, not Hive & Home. 

 

If an order is returned to sender due to the carrier issue, address issue or undeliverable this is the customers responsibility to make arrangements for orders.

 

 The customer will pay the re delivery fee of $22.00 to have the order reshipped to another address.
