We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your home is your hive, and your hive needs to bring you joy! If your product is damaged please email us at support@hiveandhomeshop.com with in 4 days of receiving it.

Due to the nature of the candle products all sales are final. We will do our best to work with you to help find a solution to any problem you may have. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our candles are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.

Shipping Policy

Non-Candle Items will generally ship with in 3-5 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Customer is responsible for making sure your correct address is listed. We want to make sure your package gets to you :)

Candle Orders/Candle Customers, OUR SHIPPING IS DELAYED ON SOME OF OUR DOUGH BOWL STYLES. Becasue each candle is hand poured and all of our bowls are hand carved and hand painted. We want you to know there is a delay in shipping. If you have any questions please contact us at support@hiveandhomeshop.com.

Processing Time All of our candles are hand poured & made at time of purchase

Each candle has a 1-2 week processing time. (this period only includes business days) During our busy seasons please contact us if you are needing your item by a specific date and we will try and work with you. We do our very best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.Due to the impact of COVID-19 we are seeing some delays in shipping. Orders and tracking updates may be delayed. We are working around the clock to ship out your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Customers are responsible for the package once the package has been marked delivered.
